I started to paint this original when I was exhibiting at the Pet Show at Staffordshire County Showground this summer. It’s always great to demonstrate on the stand as it attracts lots of attention and people feel more comfortable to come up to me and have a chat…they often pop back at the end of the day to see how far I’ve got!
I couldn’t resist this photo as it reminds me of my brother’s dog…the lovely ‘Tess’…no longer with us but still loved…a real character
